ACDF can be performed using a cervical plate or an interbody cage. The Zevo, Atlantis and Zephir plates allow for adequate stabilization in the case of fractured vertebral bodies. The Peek Prevail and Divergence systems are interbody cages with screws providing a complete solution when fusion is required to treat cervical degenerative disc disease.
