Anterior Cervical Discectomy and Fusion

ACDF can be performed using a cervical plate or an interbody cage. The Zevo, Atlantis and Zephir plates allow for adequate stabilization in the case of fractured vertebral bodies. The Peek Prevail and Divergence systems are interbody cages with screws providing a complete solution when fusion is required to treat cervical degenerative disc disease.

Posterior Cervical

Atlantoaxial dislocation is a common trauma injury for people in motor vehicle accidents. The Vertex screw system allows for a complete posterior cervical solution enabling stabilization from the occiput to C7.

Cervical Disc Replacement

CDR is an innovative approach to treating cervical disc degenerative disease. The Prestige implant allows for lateral translation to be maintained in the motion segment and preserve the six degrees of freedom of motion of the spine.

Pedicle Screw

The CD Horizon Legacy, Solera and Essence pedicle screw systems provide the complete instrumentation required for the foundation of spine surgery, pedicle screws. They can be utilized in all cases where stabilization is required from tumor and trauma to spinal deformity.

Minimally Invasive Surgery

MIS allows for a complete surgical solution through a minimal access approach limiting the damage to the muscles and allowing for less risk of infection and faster recovery time. The Sextant and Longitude systems provide an easy instrumentation process for placement of the pedicle screws and rods for either single or multi-level MIS surgeries.

Oblique Lumbar Interbody Fusion

OLIF is a groundbreaking approach to treat degenerative deformity and lumbar disc disease by placing the Clydesdale cage through a minimally invasive approach anterior to the psoas muscle. The procedure allows for lordotic correction while ensuring the lumbar plexus in the psoas muscle is avoided during the surgical procedure.

TLIF

Transforaminal Lumbar Interbody cages are used in patients suffering from lumbar disc degenerative disease. The cages maintain the vertebral column height and provides a platform for fusion to take place at the level of implantation. The bullet shaped Capstone and banana shaped crescent cage can be used depending on whether a posterior or transforaminal approach is preferred.

Complex Spine

Scoliosis and other spinal deformities can be quite problematic for patients and can sometimes lead to neurologic deficit. The Vertebral Column Manipulation and Short Segmental Reduction systems help to correct the abnormal curves and provide substantial post-operative relief to patients.

Kyphoplasty

The balloon kyphoplasty system allows for restoration of vertebral body height along with cement augmentation in the case of vertebral body compression fractures. The procedure is minimally invasive and provides immediate pain relief for patients suffering from compression fractures.

Expandable Cage

The T2 Altitude expandable cage is utilized during corpectomy procedures and comes with end caps to ensure the lordotic curvature of a segment is maintained.
